The Admission Committee will be able to consider your application for Fall 2009 when the following items have been received. Please only official copies, and no copy documents.

•  Application Fee:

1. Domestic Applicants - There is a $70.00 application fee, make checks or money orders out to UC Regents, reference your application verification number. You may use your credit card when applying on-line.
2. Foreign Applicants - May pay the $90 application fee with either MasterCard or Visa credit card. However, due to difficulties associated with handling foreign checks, the UCI Cashier’s Office will only accept International Money Orders or international bank drafts in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Please note that all international drafts must have the name, address, and complete AB routing numbers of the U.S. bank imprinted on the draft. Do not send cash.

•  Official Transcripts (two copies): All transcripts from your post-secondary institutions attended. Please also include a Certificate of Graduation indicating your Bachelor Degree award.

•  Three Letters of Recommendation: Reference forms for use by the recommender are included in your on-line application. For the Academic Degree Program indicate INP.

•  Graduate Record Exam (GRE) General Test Scores: All students are required to submit an Official GRE record, which can be obtains through ETS. For score reporting, the institution code for UCI is 4859 and our department code is 0213.

•  TOEFL and TSE Scores: Only foreign students are required to submit their TOEFL and TSE Scores to indicate their English proficiency. For score reporting, the institution code is 4859.

•  Recruitment Visit Meeting List: Our recruitment weekends are TBD.
